CFLeads Forum Event Details
When: The CFLeads Forum will take place on April 1 – 3, 2025, with pre-conference sessions starting on April 1. Pre-conference sessions will begin at 1 p.m. Eastern on April 1st and the conference will conclude on April 3 at 2 p.m. Eastern.
Who: The CFLeads Forum is open to community foundation CEOs and board chairs (or other board members) that are Investors of CFLeads. This year, we are also inviting non CFLeads Investors to join us along with a board member.

CFLeads has reserved room blocks at both the Bottleworks Hotel and the Conrad Hotel in Indianapolis for our Forum attendees. Both hotel locations will be served by a CFLeads conference shuttle that will allow for convenient transportation to and from the conference venue and events. Conference Policies
Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions
Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions: If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the 2025 CFLeads Forum, then you will be entitled to a full refund of registration fees, provided that you give cancellation notice via email on or before March 3, 2025 to Rachel Reiss at rreiss@cfleads.org . No registration refunds will be issued for cancellations made after March 3, 2025. Additionally, no credits for future events will be provided in the event of a cancellation. If you are wanting to substitute your attendance, CFLeads may, at its discretion, allow a substitution from within the same organization on a case-by-case basis. To request a change, please email Rachel Reiss at rreiss@cfleads.org.
Hotel Booking
If you are booking a hotel room within the CFLeads room block at either the Bottleworks or the Conrad, you must complete your booking before March 7 to secure your reservation at the conference rate. Please note that rooms in the CFLeads hotel block are allocated on the first come first serve basis.
