As we step into 2025, I am filled with excitement and gratitude for the opportunity to continue supporting and partnering with community foundations across the country. Last year was one of incredible learning, connection, and collaboration – and we’re ready to build on that momentum with a fresh year of impactful programming and new opportunities.
At CFLeads, our mission has always been clear: to help community foundations build strong communities by advancing effective practices, sharing knowledge and galvanizing action on critical issues of our time. This year, we’re doubling down on that commitment, and I can’t wait to share some of what’s ahead:
- High-Quality Programming: Our flagship programs—from Executive Leadership Institutes to peer learning networks—will continue to provide community foundations with spaces to connect, share, and grow. Whether you’re a long-time participant or considering joining for the first time, our programming is designed to inspire, empower and equip you with practical tools.
- Exciting New Offerings: We’ve been listening to your feedback and working hard to develop new opportunities tailored to the evolving needs of the field. This year, we’re excited to offer our Setting The Table course, CFLeads Fellowship Program, The Gathering 2025, and so much more. Stay tuned for announcements about these fresh initiatives in the coming months!
- CFLeads Forum: April 1-3, 2025: Mark your calendars for our highly anticipated national gathering this April in Indianapolis. The CFLeads Forum is a dynamic space for community foundation CEOs and Board Members to share insights, elevate community leadership, and navigate today’s challenges. We can’t wait to see you there.
One of the greatest joys of this work is connecting with so many dedicated community foundation leaders and staff. In 2025, we look forward to meeting many of you—both in person and online—through our programming, gatherings, and conversations. Your dedication to community leadership inspires everything we do, and we’re honored to support your journey.
