Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions

Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions:   If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the event, then you will be entitled to a full refund of registration fees, provided that you give cancellation notice via email on or before one month before the first day of the event to Rachel Reiss at rreiss@cfleads.org . No registration refunds will be issued for cancellations made after one month prior to the first day of the event. Additionally, no credits for future events will be provided in the event of a cancellation. If you want to substitute your attendance, CFLeads may, at its discretion, allow a substitution from within the same organization on a case-by-case basis. To request a change, please email Rachel Reiss at rreiss@cfleads.org.

Hotel Booking

If you are booking a hotel room within the CFLeads room block, you must complete your booking before CFLeads’ specified date to secure your reservation at the conference rate. Please note that rooms in the CFLeads hotel block are allocated on the first come first serve basis.
