About Community Leadership Lab

Community Leadership Lab (CLL) is a one-day, in-person learning opportunity intended to introduce community foundation staff (at any level) and board members to the building blocks of community leadership.

CFLeads’ Community Leadership Lab serves to:

• Introduce and advance practical applications for CFLeads’ Framework for Community Leadership, meeting people where they are on their community leadership journey
• Orient attendees on how they can leverage their current work and leadership
• Provide and discuss case studies of community foundations that have operationalized the framework at various levels
• Help participants interact with, and learn from, other community foundation leaders through engaging discussions, small group breakouts and networking opportunities
