Building meaningful partnerships with our Latine communities: Reflections from the community foundation field
Despite significant population growth and contributions from Latine communities across the United States, there is often a lack of representation in and meaningful engagement with community foundations.
That’s why Connecting Communities in the Americas, a CFLeads initiative, and Hispanics in Philanthropy partnered to create a guide for community foundations nationwide to build meaningful partnerships with Latine communities.
This guide, “Building Meaningful Partnerships with Our Latine Communities,” reflects the experiences of 19 Latine professionals working with or within community foundations across the U.S. The goal is to provide authentic recommendations for engaging Latine communities effectively.
